Services may be provided in this health care facility by the facility as well as by other health care providers who may separately bill the patient and who may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as the facility.
The patient or prospective patient may or may not pay less for the services being provided at another facility or in another health care setting. Please know that the attending physician who scheduled the patient’s procedures(s) at the Facility may or may not be on the medical staff of other such facilities.
Patients and prospective patients may request from this facility and other health care providers a more personalized estimate of charges and other information.
Patients and prospective patients should contact each health care practitioner who will provide services at Wiregrass Ranch Ambulatory Surgery Center to determine the health insurers and health maintenance organizations with which the health care practitioner participates as a network provider or preferred provider.

ANESTHESIOLOGY
Anesthesia services for all surgical procedures are provided by Florida Medical Clinic providers. Questions about surgical anesthesia should be directed to Florida Medical Clinic’s billing department at (813) 528-4979. Anesthesia for all Endoscopy/GI procedures (i.e. colonoscopy, EGD) is provided by outside providers from CRH Medical Corporation, who will bill patients separately for those services.
